When laser is the right choice
Laser is the fastest, cleanest way to cut thin and medium sheet metal. It holds fine detail like small holes, slots and text, and leaves a clean edge that usually needs little or no finishing. For very thick plate, or parts that can't take heat, see waterjet cutting.
What people order
Brackets and gussets, mounting plates, enclosure panels, railing and fence infill, signs and lettering, automotive and off-road parts, machine guards, replacement parts and prototypes.
Take it further in the same order
Add bending, powder coating or galvanizing to your laser-cut parts in the same cart. No second shop, no extra shipping.
Before you upload, check our design guidelines for minimum hole sizes and spacing.

Quick answers
Is there a minimum order for laser cutting?
No. You can order a single laser cut part. Your full price, including any small-order fee, shows before you pay, so there are no surprises.
What file types can I upload?
DXF and DWG work best for flat parts. We also take STEP, AI, EPS and SVG.
How thick can you laser cut steel?
We cut mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum from thin gauge sheet up to heavy plate. Choose your material in the quote tool and it lists every thickness we offer. For very thick plate, we use waterjet.
Can you cut material I supply?
Contact us first. We cut from our own certified stock so we can stand behind the quality, but we can look at special materials case by case.
